Who are we

What personal information we collect and why


The contact form on this website collects the following data; First Name, Last Name, Email Address and a comment. This data is captured, stored and processed in line with the regulations listed above.


We do not collect any personal information using cookies, as we do not have cookies enabled on our website.


If you are a customer of ours we will need certain information from you in order to carry out your work.  We will specifically ask you if you wish to subscribe to any additional marketing from us.

Potential Customers

If you enquire about our services we will ask you to provide details to help us provide a quotation for our services. We only ask for the information we require to provide the quotation and we will only hold your details for a reasonable period of time after the quotation has been provided. We will specifically ask you if you wish to subscribe to any additional marketing from us.

Business Connections

If you are a business connection, for example if we meet at a networking event or connect on social media, we will only collect the information you choose to provide to us. We will specifically ask you if you wish to subscribe to any additional marketing from us.

If you do not provide the information we require we may not be able to provide the service you require, or the quote or answer to your query.

Who will have access to your personal information

We use third party processors to provide services such as Finance, IT, Marketing and Sales, therefore these processors will have access to your information. However we ensure that these third parties comply with GDPR and Data Protection Legislation and only have access to the appropriate data.

How long we keep your personal information

If you are a client we will keep your personal for as long as you stay with us and for 7 years after that for legal, tax and insurance purposes.

If you are a potential client or business connection we will keep your personal information for as long as it takes to answer your enquiry and 12 months after that.

How secure is your personal information

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure your data is safe in line with GDPR and the DPA 2018. 

Your rights

Data protection legislation gives you rights regarding your personal data, and subject to legal exemptions we must comply when you wish to exercise these rights. For example you have the right to issue a Subject Access Request, this is a request for all the information we hold about you. We do not make a charge for this (providing the request is not unfounded or excessive). Your request must be made in writing to the Owner and the address given under ‘How to Contact us’. We may ask you to provide ID before processing the request. We will process your request within 1 month.
